1) Overview
getleadsheet.com sells standardized digital products (pre-built Excel data files) as one-time purchases. Products are delivered for immediate access after payment.
2) Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@getleadsheet.com with your Order ID and reason for the request.
3) Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- You did not receive the product or were unable to access it
- The product has a confirmed objective defect (e.g., corrupted file, cannot be opened, missing promised content)
- Duplicate or erroneous charge
- Cancellation before access credentials were delivered
Because our products are digital files delivered for immediate access, refund eligibility may be limited once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law or our payment provider's policy requires otherwise.
4) How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds for orders placed through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
5) Data Quality Support
If you experience a data quality issue that does not require a refund (e.g., factual errors, formatting issues), we offer corrections and redelivery through our Data Quality & Support Policy.
6) Your Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional refund or withdrawal rights for digital products, those rights apply.
