These are the terms governing the sale, delivery, and support of digital products (Excel files and supplementary materials) offered by getleadsheet.com. (For review before purchase)

1) Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of getleadsheet.com (the "Service") and users (the "Customer") regarding the use of the website and related digital products (data files in Excel, CSV, PDF, and other formats, along with supplementary materials).


2) Accounts and Dashboard

  • The Service provides account registration and a payment dashboard where Customers can view order history, download purchased Products, and manage account information.
  • Personal information collected during registration (e.g., email address, name) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Service is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Customer's failure to safeguard their credentials.

3) Definitions

  • Product: Digital files (Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.) and supplementary materials offered for sale by the Service
  • Purchaser: A Customer who has completed payment and received a license to use a Product
  • Digital Content: Data, documents, images, or other deliverables provided in electronic form
  • License: The rights and conditions governing Product usage (see Section 8 of these Terms)
  • Policies: Operational rules published separately by the Service, including Refund, Data Quality & Support, and Privacy policies

4) Relationship Between Terms and Policies

  • These Terms establish the fundamental rules governing transactions and usage.
  • Specific standards are set forth in the respective Policy documents (Refund, Data Quality & Support, Privacy).
  • In case of conflict between these Terms and a Policy, the more specific provision may take precedence in favor of clarity for the Customer.

5) Formation of Contract and Payment

  • A service contract is formed when the Customer places an order and payment is completed.
  • Payment is processed through a third-party payment platform designated by the Service (such as Paddle, Stripe, or other methods separately announced).
  • The Service may be restricted or cancelled if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment, resale, redistribution, or other violations of these Terms.

6) Delivery, Access, and Redelivery

  • Products are delivered digitally (e.g., email attachment, secure download link, or equivalent method).
  • The Service may apply reasonable protective measures such as download limits, link expiration, and access controls to prevent unauthorized distribution.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to the Customer's environment (corporate security policies, firewalls, email filters, etc.), and the Service will provide reasonable assistance.

7) Service Infrastructure (Hosting, Security, Analytics)

  • The Service uses Cloudflare for website delivery, CDN/caching, security (e.g., DDoS protection), and performance optimization.
  • The Service uses Microsoft Clarity and Umami Analytics for visitor analytics, and may additionally adopt Google Analytics. All analytics tools are loaded only after cookie consent is granted.
  • Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8) License and Prohibited Uses

Products are provided as a license grant, not a transfer of ownership. The purchased license permits use within the Purchaser's organization. Sharing the original file outside the organization is prohibited.


Prohibited Uses (Representative Examples)

  • Resale, redistribution, or external sharing (including with third parties, contractors, or partners)
  • Provision to competitors or third parties (whether free or paid)
  • Mass duplication or use intended for company-wide external distribution
  • Removal of identifiers or rights notices from the Service or deliverables, or circumvention of copy protection measures

9) Intellectual Property

  • The Service's scoring methodologies, algorithms, software, data collection pipelines, prompts, and all technical components constituting these are the intellectual property of the Service operator.
  • The license granted to Customers is limited to usage rights for the Product (data files) and does not include any rights to the methodologies, technologies, or software used to create the Product.
  • The editorial arrangement, curation, selection, and scoring methods of data contained in Products are original works of the Service operator, protected under copyright law and related legislation.

10) Updates and Corrections

Each intel pack is a point-in-time quarterly snapshot. Data is not updated in real-time. A new batch with refreshed signals and contacts is released every quarter. The Service may make reasonable modifications to formatting, typographical errors, and structure for data quality improvement. Data quality issues and correction requests are handled under our Data Quality & Support Policy.


11) Refunds and Withdrawal

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because our products are digital files delivered for immediate access, refund eligibility may be limited once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law or our payment provider's policy requires otherwise. For orders processed through Paddle, refund and cancellation rights are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.


12) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Products are provided for informational purposes to support sales and outbound activities, and do not guarantee specific outcomes (meetings, revenue, or contracts).
  • Products are provided on an AS-IS basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. The Customer bears responsibility for business decisions based on the data.
  • Data may change over time due to market, organizational, or personnel changes.
  • Unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Service, liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages is limited.
  • In no event shall the Service operator's total liability exceed the purchase price of the Product that gave rise to the claim.

13) Amendments to Terms

  • The Service may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Material changes will be announced through reasonable means in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date may be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court.
